We are thrilled you have joined DogsNT and we hope that you will explore the many opportunities we have to offer and spend time with your dog and enjoying the activities that our Affiliated Clubs have to offer. Details of these can be found within this magazine.

OBEDIENCE JUDGES TRAINING SCHEME
Members of Dogs NT who aspire to become obedience judges must, at the time of application, meet the following requirements:
1. Have been a member of either Dogs NT(or another Controlling body )for at least five (5) years and be a current Dogs NT member.
2.  Be at least 21 years of age.
3. Be resident in the NT.
In addition, the following specific qualifications are required:
1. Has a comprehensive Knowledge of the rules and has actively participated in the organising of trials.
2. Novice- Aspirant to have personally trained and trialled a dog to its Novice or higher title;
3. Open – Aspirant to hold an ANKC Novice Judge’s licence and to have personally trained and trialled a dog to its OPEN or higher title;
4. Utility – Aspirant to hold and ANKC Open Judge’s licence and has personally trained a dog to UD level and to have personally trained & trialled a dog in the UD ring on at least three (3) occasions.
5. Utility Dog Excellent – Aspirant to hold and ANKC Open Judge’s licence and has personally trained a dog to UDX  level and to have personally trained & trialled a dog in the UDX ring on at least three (3) occasions.

AGILITY, JUMPING AND GAMES TRIAL JUDGES TRAINING SCHEME
Members of Dogs NT who aspire to become Agility Jumping and Games Trial judges must, at the time of application, meet the following requirements;
1. Have been a member of either Dogs NT or another controlling body for at least five (5) years and be a current Dogs NT member.
2. Be at least 21 years of age.
3. Be resident in the NT.
4. Have trained and titled a dog to a minimum standard of Agility Dog.
5. Have been an active instructor in the sport of Agility for a minimum period of two (2) years.
6. Recognition of equivalent experience and/or qualifications as approved by Council on recommendation of  the Agility Sub Committee.
7. Agility Judges licence is required before a Games licence is issued.
Revalidation of Agility/Jumping Judges Licences.
All Agility and Jumping Judges Licences are required to be revalidated each 5 years to coincide with the introduction of new rule books or the like.
Revalidation procedures will be determined by Council.

RALLY O JUDGES TRAINING SCHEME
Members of Dogs NT who aspire to become Rally O judges must, at the time of application, meet the following requirements:
1. Have been a member of either Dogs NT(or another Controlling body )for at least five (5) years and be a current Dogs NT member.
2. Be at least 21 years of age.
3. Be resident in the NT,
 In addition, the following specific qualifications are required:
1. Has a comprehensive Knowledge of the rules and has actively participated in the organising of trials
2. RN- RA- RE- RM Aspirant to have personally trained and trialled a dog to its RN or higher title;
